We had a wonderful experience with Elsa! She took amazing care of our baby—always kind, gentle, and attentive. Her flexibility and punctuality made everything so much easier for us, and we truly appreciated how reliable she was. One of the things that stood out the most was how easy it was to communicate with her—she speaks German, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently, which made everything incredibly smooth for our multilingual family.
