Unsere Tochter fand eine liebevolle und aufmerksame, ideenreiche und respektvolle, engagierte Zuwendung und Betreuung. Sie lernte Selbstvertrauen und Mut und noch viele andere wichtige Dinge. Besonders gut fanden wir die kleine Gruppengröße, wo unsere Tochter geborgen und wie mit Geschwistern aufwachsen konnte. Es wurde viel gesungen, getanzt, getöpfert und gemalt. Die Freude am Singen unserer Tochter war mit das Erste, was im Kindergarten auffiel und uns stolz von unserer singenden Tagesmutter berichten lies. Unser zweites Kind werden wir auf jeden Fall auch zu Martina geben.

Before starting your search, take a little time to figure out what your needs are. Full-time support? Part-time care? On-call help? Make a wish list of necessary and preferred characteristics so you can apply the right filters to our web tool.

We’ll provide you with a list of available sitters. Then you can personally screen and vet promising candidates by asking for references and organizing an official interview. If you find a babysitter that meets your requirements, set up a trial period on Sitly to get in touch with them directly.

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.
