Sie hat auf meine 3 Jährigen Tochter aufgepasst, hat sich mit ihr beschäftigt und hat aber auch meinen Einkauf für mich erledigt. Windeln Wechsel hat sie bei mir nicht gemacht, da meine Tochter damals schon aufs Klo gang.

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.
